Getting Past Security with Flyclear

By Greg Diener

Like many people around the country, I have a concern of getting on airplanes. I always have a fear for some reason that the airplane is going to crash, whether it be a technical problem or a bomb. I also in the rare occasions when I absolutely have to get on a flight hate waiting in the difficult long lines at the security checkpoint before I am cleared to go on the plane. It doesn't help minimize my fears of getting on an airplane when I am stuck in a line for an hour right before my plane is ready to take off.

If I were a frequent flyer it would irritate me to have to have to wait forever just to get through the line at airports. Personally I always like to get to where I need to go extra early in case I am faced with some sort of hesitation getting where I need to go. Unfortunately some people are different and may arrive close to an hour before their flight takes off and will find themselves waiting in the countless line of people to get past the checkpoint.

You probably have wished there was a way to get past these big wait times. Well if you ever thought to yourself in the past "if only there was a company that could have an answer to this particular problem" you're in luck. There is one enterprise that is dedicated to solving the problems millions of Americans face when they are stuck trying to get through airline security.

ClearMe is a plan that submits you to a background check and accesses your biometrical data for an annual fee. Under this program you will need to scan a card at a kiosk from an airport that has the Clear program. After it scans all of the necessary data you will be automatically moved to the front of the line at the bag check gate enabling you to enjoy your flight without the fear of missing it.

While it's only in three airports for the time being, it is soon scheduled to be in more airports over the next few years. I believe that ClearMe is a great way for people to avoid missing their flights. Although you still will be subjected to the usual TSA screenings once you move in the front of the line thanks to ClearMe. I think if this system gains success you may see people like me who are worried about going on Airplanes start to use them more thanks to this system.
